Whenever I a visiting someone and I see white bread on the table, I wonder
where those people have been inthe last twenty years. White bread is from the dark ages.
No one should still do that anymore.

Plans to reduce time spent looking at a computer screen in the future, or still thrilled
with internet, and enjoy spending many hours/ week on the internet???

Anyone eating brown bread is also from the dark ages because it's actually not much better for you... and it is less tasty. Instead, use wholegrain (although my household has cut bread completely out of my diet for the past week).
