Well, good evening to all my internet cyber peep frenz.
Heh heh, cyber peep.
I make you peeps sound like you all are a bunch of movie monsters.
I had the most delightfull superbowl party today.
It was just Muffy and me, I was going to invite the person from down the hall, but I dont think Muffy would have enjoyed her company, so it was just the two of us.
I watched it until Erin Brocovitch came on, then I switched the channel.
I have lots of dried pineapple left over from my party, I got them for christmas, but since they're dried, they're still good.
I'll just put them back in the cupboard and save them until I want some more.
Sure is nice to have provisions in the larder.
I have lots of canned goods in there too, but since the doc has me watching my sodium intake, I have to watch those damned cans. The labels sure are hard to interpret. Being in cans, it'll probably keep forever too. I guess I can pass on what I dont eat to the next generation. Its the perishables I have the most difficulty with, it seems Im always going out for a butter and bread. A loaf usually turns long before I am done with it.
My whistling kettle gave up the ghost on me last night. It started to leak along the bottom seam, and water leaks out onto the element. Gosh,, I had that thing for years. I had that when we were still on the farm. I dont even know where to get another one. I have to cook my tea water in a saucepan. I'll look for one on tuesday when Im out with Nancy.
