There is a fenced off area to the right (right art the first lock up gate) of the road going up Knox that is the off leash area.

^^ I figured someone else would know, they should add that to the pdf.
This was all I could find, maybe the rules have changed.

General Information
This beautiful 367 hectare park is located in the heart of Kelowna to the north of downtown. Knox Mountain Park is the largest contiguous park space within the City of Kelowna. Dryland Okanagan forests stretch across the rolling hillsides and steep cliff terrain with a rich variety of native vegetation and animal life. Throughout the park on the various recreation trails, visitors will find breathtaking views overlooking the City of Kelowna and Okanagan Lake.
To protect the wildlife in the park, dogs must be on leash and remain on park roadways and sanctioned trails.

Any and all public spaces and parks are on leash only....including all of Know Mountain Park.
The off leash area is just a tiny fenced in strip along the road.
Every other off leash area in the city will be a fenced in area...large or small, with signs stating it is off leash.
The only exception is Cedar Creek Park out Lakeshore Rd...that entire park space is designated as off leash. It is also the only 'dog beach' .

....But from the looks of it, you'd think the entire park was off-leash on most days.

My Wife asked me if I knew what her favorite flower was?
Apparently "Robin Hood All Purpose" was the wrong answer!

Yes this topic is long overdue!!
I run apex trail every morning about 5-6. There is these two ladies that bring these two rat-esque dogs and one normal looking dog off leash the whole way. They run in front of you on the way up and the way down. Then they run off the trail, to the deer and through sniff at the gopher snakes. These ladies are clueless!

its easy. just starting going up the road and its a fenced / gated area along the right. If you hit the first sharp corner to the left you have gone to far.
