QK needs to step up!

All about your pets. Bring kibble. And bits.

QK needs to step up!

So who else thinks that QK is not stepping up and doing her part?

We know you can take in a few more now can't you?
I have never tried Yoga but I bent over to pick up my keys once so I'm pretty sure I wouldn't like it.

 I know!!! I only have one right now.

I want two more. Bman should get the rest.

Thankfully, here in the Okanagan we have a fantastic organization adressing this issue: The Okanagan Cat Coalition. Volunteers spend countless hours, days, weeks trapping, spaying/ neutering, fostering, nursing, talking to potential adopters, taking care of colonies....just to name a few things. They get no funding. It is 100% Volunteer run and depends on donations. Volunteers pay out of their own pockets to foster the ones that are adoptable until they find their furever homes. Caretakers of colonies also pay out of pocket. People do care.

This is a problem that will only get bigger without community involvement. I urge anyone who knows of a colony to report it to the Okanagan Cat Coalition to get help for these poor discarded souls.

:digging: <---------------------------keep guessing!

I only have Willow, so getting another kitty or two will not make me a "crazy cat lady."

(I actually like bird stuff).
