Its a sign of weak city council when they choose to take a hardline stance against a dance school yet the city council turn to cowards when dealing with drug addicted homeless thiefs

My comment is both. AND....it's all tax free. Win......win......win. It's an idea that I could endorse wholeheartedly. Just think about it for a couple of minutes......they could even add a Safe Injection Site and wouldn't have to get government approval, but could apply for government funding.
