Ighani ordered deprted numerous times and guess what? He's still here doing his mayhem. The immigration department lets so called refugees/immigrants into the country and when they break the law they get to stay. STOP them at the border. If they cross illegally escort them back to the US.

How many millions of dollars are spent on scum like this ? When someone is ordered deported they should be taken from the courtroom to the plane, end of story.

This Afshin Maleki Ighani case is a perfect example of the absolute failure of our system to deal with a violent criminal, who has repeatedly broken our laws by committing some of the most serious offenses in Canada. There just is no excuse for failures of this nature by our Deportation Boards and/or our courts. My sense is that Canadian are about fed up with this BS. We are helping tens of thousands of refugees by bringing them here and providing for their needs at significant expense to Canadian taxpayers. There will be some of them who end up violating our laws and committing serious crimes and they ought to be witnessing right now, the consequences of doing so in Canada. Deportation....REGARDLESS of where you immigrated from.
