Site has more detailed information than papers. Pretty ambitious project . Check out web site. Not just a racetrack alone.Also very very pricey between up front membership, monthly usage and various other fees. Not a facility for your average Okanagan bear. The group has a 99 year lease on land with multiple phases planned.

To use track, vehicles have to meet some kind of standard around noise emission so noise may not become an issue for surrounding neighbourhoods , despite expected frequent use of the track.
