What?! Why? And why was the suspect released without charges? Who's being held responsible? Even if it is an isolated incident does this mean the shooter is just on the loose in penticton?

Doing a little research on the deceased, my bet is that this was a domestic violence incident, and the batterer got more than he bargained for. Self defense. See ya later, sucker.
