Penticton Voter Turnout

Post by Darkre »

How many people do you think will turn out to vote in Penticton? In 2014 there were 8307 who voted, will 2018 see more or less?

I vote less. 7800.

Between 8300 and 8500.

It's also possible that a lot of people don't want to take a chance on long lines like last general election day so they are taking advantage of the early voting opportunities.

Exactly. I voted at KVR school in the advance poll last Saturday; in and outta there in a few minutes; zero lineups. Its likely that many more people are voting ahead of the main day to avoid the Convention Centre tomorrow; can't say as I blame them.
