So a company from a country that gets no snow. This is supposed to be an improvement. Lordy.

The new standards are absolutely ridiculous. The government doesn't care... they are spending tax payer's money.

and dont overlook that argo will be maintaining this season dont travel the connector if you dont have to I predict even less maintenance (if that's possible) this season

What standards would those be . Have ice free roads or snow plowed roads properly sanded. Have those standards changed.

Now that the regional district kicked Argo to the curb. I wonder what this winter will bring. Be interesting. Arco guys wont be trying to keep the job. Might be apt to n g a f

You really need to use google. This is a company that makes Argo look like a lawn mowing contractor. Will they do a better job than Argo? Don't know. But just because head office is in Spain does not mean they don't already do it all over the planet.

Hope your right. For what its worth. I love Spain. However snow is not their business. Hopefully Acciona has a lot of LOCAL people

Seems to me this winter is covered. New contractor in 2019 so relax.Lots of time for more details.

Spain gets Snow in Northern areas and in their mountains. It would really *bleep* off their skiers if they didn't.

If i were an out of a job Argo driver. I would not give a hoot all winter. What they gonna do. Fire me . Already out of a job. Bet half the men quit. Gonna be a gong show this winter. Glad i got a jacked up 4x4 and a second jacked up 4x4.

I would be interested in hearing how the folks out in Ok Falls, Keremeos, Oliver, Summerland and Naramata view this announcement. Have friends in Naramata who simply could not believe that lack of service from Argo in the winter. Time will tell.
