Discrimanatory Practices Against Disabled

I'm really shocked by a certain staff member of Peachland. Arrogance above and beyond. July 24 around 1 pm it was observed at the Peachland Yacht Club that a very familiar person was parked in the loading zone removing refuse from a business when a staff member asked them if they could read because of the parking situation. This person replied said "not very well, I'm partially dyslexic to which she repeated "can't you read ". He repeated that he was picking up refuse but she didn't care. Apparently the very next day the bylaw officer comes around and said her signs were a few inches too big. This is a woman with RA and has difficulty enough as it is. 2 of us helped her dismantle her sign because it was difficult for her. This is a woman who has with extreme professionalism served the public for 14 years complaint free. Then comes along a power hungry #$%%$%%$# that doesn't like the way she has been doing things for this long. The conversation between the bylaw officer was recorded and it seems that this power hungry %T^$#%^#$%%$#@ has it out for her. This woman is devastated by the arrogant violation of human rights by a Peachland employee to her and her helper. It doesn't seem like much but when someone gives their all to represent the District of Peachland for 14 years, it deserves a little compromise, instead of a temper tantrum. I'm thinking she deserves a course on human relations. I would have said "excuse me sir, is there a reason you are parking there?" like a true professional. I am holding off on her name in hopes that upper management can send this person an apology. If not, she is about to become famous for arrogant behavior. We don't tolerate discrimination in this day and age.
