A non-answer........okay, Research Guy. Google 'fired government employee shoots two others and himself in Kamloops'. I'm not sure, but I think it was in 2002 or 2003, just after Campbell did his slash and burn thing.

Always deflecting.

The 1990s NDP virtually eliminated private sector job growth. To prop up their incompetence, the NDP hired masses of unnecessary public sector employees and ran big operating deficits. When the Liberals came in, they had no choice but to pare down the public service.

Same power players within the NDP today. Same mess of poorly thought out policy and lack of a cohesive plan.

The Green party and the Liberals have both have better plans for jobs.

Don't forget it also appeased their union masters, whose sole reason for being, is to rake in more dues. More members, more dues. Who cares if the positions are necessary or not.

Were it up to the NDP, we'd have classrooms with one teacher per student, and the end result wouldn't be any better than what we have now.

Now who's deflecting? The topic is JOBS! Jobs! jobs? Public sector jobs are necessary, whether or not you think so. How many disasters in B.C. have happened because of a lack of government oversight? Mt. Polley is just one example. The one I recall closer to home was the mud slide down at Oliver a few years ago. If you did your research, you would find many more, and not all related to mines and dams.

Allowing corporations to govern themselves has been one of the BC Liberal downfalls, but the biggest downfall of all is their lack of compassion for their fellow human beings. It was that lack of compassion that caused the death of those three men in Kamloops, and the death of Rod MacIsaac; lack of compassion and relentless greed to line their own pockets with donations from large corporations.
