That's horrible, How many casualties happen in that event?

It looks like they are no longer updating the maps. There's a lot of fire activity being detected by the satellites on the Nechako plateau northwest of Prince George, but they are not even being mapped on the website.

Here's one example . The dots represent satellite detected activity.

Further south, the fires like Rattlesnake Island never got big enough to be detected by satellites, but there are two other fires burning quite rigorously, but remotely. One is the Bluejoint fire north of Grand Forks and south of Cherryville. It is only on a modified response...

The only other fire is the Kleena Kleene fire. My friends are still fighting it every day with their helicopters, which they've been doing since July 7th!
