Sucking back SCBA inside 10 of 30 means something then?
Not at you, at all. Until one has put on the gear, arm chair analyst, of which I'm guilty at times, don't know squat.
Would so rather be over educated that a knuckle dragging Neanderthal bereft of critical thought and imagination. Although in the case of Neanderthals, that's quite the insult.

Without a second set of eyes . He would not have had time to react . It was hot . Tar paper burns fast on a hot day .

I have used a fire extinguisher in training . Found it to work well enough . Takes a few seconds to get it in position and spray . By the time he put his torch down it was likely too late
Now they want to take our guns away . That would be just fine. Take em away from the criminals first . Ill gladly give u mine. "Charlie Daniels"

You have got to stand for something . Or you will fall for anything "Aaron Tippin"

The Truswell Road Fire could have resulted in a serious tragedy beyond the fallout that those involved are now experiencing.

• Is WSBC visiting the other local wood structure construction projects post-incident?

The findings gathered could be very beneficial.

Can anyone see or say they have firewalls at Central Green?
Lots of units cant see a firewall.
Looks like 64 units over 4 stories.
Was supposed to be higher buildings but they got a variance( or would`nt buy and build that high) from the COK to go lower and use wood not concrete.

Firewalls should protrude thru the roof.

I've never heard of firewalls in condos only gypsum board as fire breaks.
I've only known firewalls used between townhouses.

And the reason for that is?
I`m in a 6 story concrete building and would Never buy/live in a wood condo.
Too many idiots with bbq`s, smokers butting into planters, dryer vents not being cleaned regular etc.

^^^ If I were to ever move into a condo, it would be a steel and concrete. Never a wood constructed one, besides fire issue.... over time wood constructed starts to squeak & creaks.... no thank-you.
In a house thats one thing, but having to hear that as your upstairs neighbours walk back & fourth all the time. No damn way
