Yes, between the city and the Province, they have both been great at creating problems and not so good at solving anything. They were told 2 weeks ago to clean out that culvert and didn't. Now we have people's homes flooded. Fantastic work Kelowna!

I agree. Using that term was inappropriate and sensationalism.

YES, he still has a lot of water on his property.

Yes, he probably should have been warned......somewhat.

My question is: Who called the city and made the report of an impending disaster?

Why didn't THAT neighbour come over and warn his friends?

Kind of scarey watching the city guy on the news tonight. To bad so sad not our problem .Just nasty!

Seems we have near constant states of emergency around here. It is all due to planning to fail. This is all part of the plan.

At least thats the only way i can wrap my head around the stuff that goes on. If anyone can come up with a better explanation im all ears.
