We have been chatting with people on Skype for the last 3 months and now all of a sudden the people we call can see us but we can't see them. We have the newest version and it just changed overnight. Any tips?

Thanks for the tips, however, they all seem to address the camera/video on my end. As I said, the world can see us, we can't see the world. EG: My son in in Europe, he can see us when we skype, but he can not see him. Same with kids in Alberta and Vancouver.....

Sounds like you've upgraded and no one else has - corrupt version? Maybe a patch is in order. I'm guessing btw.

Try removing the program and re installing.
