You would think they would increase the upload speed a little don't you think? Kind of old school thinking that everyone is downloading and nobody is uploading to things like YouTube.

Weird, I'm on extreme-I as well, and get much lower. Any tips? Kelowna at 9800 or so.

No, I average about 9600kb/s, so that is close to the 10Mbps that shaw says I should get, but seeing Troy's at 19,741kb/s I am wondering if I should be getting that amount, or if he is on a higher plan without knowing...

**ADD** Maybe he hit a power boost at the time of the test, after reading the post just below mine. Just I really got's ta know.... I would love an extra 10,000kb/s in speed hehe.

Powerboost is free for all extreme internet customers. If there is available bandwidth available, you will get a boost (up to about 20 seconds in most cases)

That would take an extreme connection that usually gets between 8-10 mbps and boost it up.

High speed customers have to pay an extra fee for powerboost, so on a high speed with a docsis modem you should get between 3-5 mbps.

Hope that helps!

I was wondering about that. It compares to ours and you are on cable.
Edited: oops, thought you were on Shaw!
