Now that is one advancement I'd deffinetley support. It actually has a valid purpose and one that benefits society.

Most technological advancement were born with military purposes in mind, were funded by them, and later released to public.

That is probably the most effective weapon as it can disable many people at close range with little or no effect on the shooter!

Future weapons kill as many people as possiable as quickly as possiable and if don't see their faces that's a bonus.
