Has anyone used any of these?
There are a lot of online offerings, but I don't really know what to look for.
Are some better than others?
How easy are they to edit. I want something I can update and change easily.
Recommendations?

Wordpress is an easy to install template for your website. You just need to put into the directory, connect to a database, and you've got yourself a website. A lot of free templates available, but you can pay for premium ones.

Let me know if you need help with installing, it's really easy though.

Wordpress now powers about 20% of the World Wide Web. It is a content management system used by some of the biggest sites out there (New York Times is one.) It does just fine for little sites. There are thousands of templates out there. Oh, and it's free.
