Telus E-mail issues

OK for those of you out there who have been experiencing any problems accessing their Telus e-mail.
They are having issues with their e-mail servers being at capacity during the day.
They tell me (talked to tech support) they are in the process of upgrading and that will be improved in the New Year.
The symptoms for me are not being able to log in with my mail program and also to webmail.
My fix was to forward all my Telus mail to another e-mail that works. Voila no more trouble getting signed on.
