Interesting how when people pay that kind of money for a car, it's socially incorrect because so many people are starving, homeless, etc. But if it's a Tesla, then the dollar figure becomes irrelevant.

For me personally, as I've stated before, until performance reaches comparable levels to combustion engines of today - I'm not interested. But then again, once that happens - you'll be paying a pretty penny to charge these cars up - so the savings point will be moot.

I can't see the batteries lasting that long in the $35k Tesla. A friend has the expensive model and he cant get to the Okanagan without a charge.

I dont know...3.2 seconds from 0-100 on the Ludicrous Speed upgrade is probably faster than most cars let alone SUV's out there.

Though I dont know about this Bio Hazard thing..Positive pressure to keep the bad things out.
