Can somebody refer me to a person that creates iPhone apps?

I want to make an iPhone app. I do not have the knowledge on how to do this... Is there a person locally (that someone here on the forums knows) that does this sort of thing?

Don`t do anything local. Go to https://www.upwork.com, and hire somebody online. You can post your projects specs, specify your budget, and people will bid on your project. You also don`t pay until you`re 100% satisfied with it.

All local firms will charge you too much and basically do the same anyway and pocket the difference.

If you know Javascript one of the fastest ways to create cross-platform apps for both iOS and Android is with React Native. It has a load of advantages over programming in Swift (iOS), including the ability to push minor updates to the program without having to go through the App Store (and it’s inevitable 2-week wait time).

Ya, because these guys are cheaper.... Let alone able to understand English.

Seriously. Find a shop or a friend of a friend in town. You'll actually be able to speak your native language to them and maybe accomplish what you need. IF the idea is too big or you need extra hands for a project, that's when upwork.com really becomes handy, but for getting an initial idea off the ground, you're better off face to face/same country.

There's a lot of affordable talent in town. Steven just doesn't like Kelowna a whole lot.
