Frozen Ipod (2nd gen)

my ipod 2nd gen has frozen...I tried holding the menu and play/pause button (tried it ALOT) and it still won't unfreeze...am I being impatient and should wait awhile and do it again ??

(when I plug it into my computer, it won't even come up in itunes)

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions...thanks

Only suggestion I have is fully charge ipod & try those steps again.

thanks Gordon, it is fully charged...thinking maybe restart my computer (again) and maybe connect to itunes (again) and see if that helps ???

here you go Vegas..worked instantly !!! I was holding the menu and play/pause..this suggested the menu and center button
