Where to buy toner cartridge parts?

Where in Canada can I buy parts for toner cartridges like wiper and doctor blades, mag rollers and drums? I found a place in the US but the cost to ship to Kelowna is insane and the few sellers I found on ebay are direct from China. I can buy toner and refurbished cartridges everywhere online but not parts. I currently need parts for C3906A cartridges. Thanks!

Did you look here? My experience would be if you need all those parts a new unit would be cheaper.

I already tried them. They said no parts for 06A cartridge.

Refurbished maybe if it's not just a drill and fill, but not new. Quickfill Online sells blades in 10 pack for cheap but they wanted $70 to ship a small box to Canada via USPS!
