I-Phone Clock Showing Seconds

I was wondering if anyone knows how to have the displayed time on an I-Phone (6) show seconds also..........

eg: 8:07:17 and not just 8:07............that comes up when you open your phone.

Nobody I have asked can help with this and I even tried Apple.

I don't think you can unless it's jail broken. You can with an app that has a clock.
