Making an Illegal suite Legal?

Like I said, the term "Single Family Dwelling" is dwindling away!

I think people who Bite off more then they can chew by having Illegal suites to pay the Mortgage should be banned from this City after being caught, let alone have a right to rezone, after having an Illegal suite for years and not claiming income, nor showing any respect towards neighbors complaints about noise from their Illegal Tenants and friends!

The city will never enforce the rules because of the lack of housing in Kelowna as it is. I heard once that there is like 1 out of 10 houses that have suites in them. Unless some old fart complains nothing will get done. So once again congrats. Hope they don't retaliate against you.

I have every freak on my Street, and the next street hating me because I have called the Cops and Bylaw on nearly all of them in the last 6 months!
