They really don't understand how much it undermines our efforts as parents. I can recall being indulged by my grandparents and how much it irrtated my parents; it's a cycle.

Some of my relatives spoil my kids rotten every chance they get (which isn't very often due to living far away), but my mom is a like a hard-ass Nazi if one of my children even thinks about misbehaving at her house.

My pet peeve is when people let their kids snitch food with their dirty little fingers while we cooking. eg. we made ice cream at a friend's house on the weekend. Their kid sticks his dirty finger (that was up his nose moments earlier) into the ice cream maker while it was still churning. Then my kid sees it and tried to do the same thing. "But dad, ___________ got to have some!"

People who drag their feet.

Are they so tired/lazy as to not be able to take a step?

I feel like smack'n em upside the head and tell em to pick them up.

But noooooo, that would be wrong!

People who don't say what is right to be "polite".

I'd like to address everybody who made it their New Years resolution to join the gym and get in shape.

Do us all regular members a favor and break it as soon as you can (you know you will, just save yourself some time), pig out on XL meat lover pizza, and give us a chance to work out without bumping into you and hogging all the equipment.

There are 8 threads about finding a Dr. in the Okanagan.
Type in "cigarette" and 31 threads pop up, most of which deal with smokers who toss their butts and why.

Ha, but there are 74 threads about the HST... but not one about Queen K. What is this world coming to?

When it seems as though there are selective delays in certain processes that muddy the waters and cause heartache for many, and it is all to whitewash one individual for a different agenda.
