What about an employer who expects an employee to quickly and accurately filet a raw chicken breast while only providing a butter knife.

When they leave lanes closed for construction during the day when they're doing the work at night. For over 6 months they've had the 3rd lane coned off on hwy97 by Leathead to put in the sidewalks, never seen them actually working so I'm assuming it's happening at night. Whatever happened to having cones put up when they're actually working? Might take two people 10 minutes to put the cones out and away when done. Instead 3 lanes merging down to 2 for half a year so they can work the odd night, seems a little much.
