You're welcome. It's a fun trip, and a relatively clean river, though, not without garbage.

It's amazing the terminology that is washing-up from the sea of mankind these days:

I would mention to kgcayenne that the Vernon Farmer's Market was giving away free cayenne peppers, but I won't cuz I wouldn't want to make her jealous.

Darn it, it's almost time to get back to the grind. The work schedule. The normal same old same old.

Pneumonia is going around, folks, and it's vicious. Any breathing problems and a fever, get thee to a walk-in clinic!

Be careful with the walk-in clinics through, number of years back I went in with breathing problems. The Doc told me it was a little asthma attack, I walked out knowing he was a quack. Why did I think that I've never had asthma ever, made a appointment to see my Doctor within moments of listening to my lungs he said you have Pneumonia.
Only reason I used walk-in because it was on the way home from work & no appointment was necessary. Won't do that again

Seriously, a Hollywood mogel took advantage of starlets is news? The entire industry is reacting like they've all been puritans?

Gimme a break.

Where is the *double like* button? I was reading an article a while ago about sexism in Hollywood. Basically, most women in Hollywood feel that having to perform explicit sex scenes are humiliating and degrading -- or at the very least far beyond their comfort zone, but they do them anyway because Hollywood is extremely sexist so you have to give head to get ahead. It's not really any different in Hollywood today than it was working for Hugh Hefner back in the 1960s, and the lines are quite blurred between what actresses are asked to do on the screen and what they're asked to perform off the screen by the horny men who spent days dreaming up the sex scenes in intricate detail.

Anyway, the part I find most interesting is how EVERYONE knew about this guy's reputation. People would joke about his sexual advances at the Oscars, and the entire audience would laugh because they were in on the joke. No one spoke up for 20 years because no one wants to be the one to speak out. They want to wait until someone else does. They wait until the whistle blowers get ruined and raked over the coals. It's only AFTER it becomes popular to speak out do they can jump on the bandwagon to show how virtuous they are.
