the one we had, has the cover and was attached with a lock. I think it's pretty standard for them to come with a lock and cover attached. good luck

Whew, and luck I'll need. I've been looking all night (don't tell my boss) and haven't been able to find either a locking cover, or a temporary fence that could go around. My neighbour is way to snoopy to even try to get away with it, not like I would...safety first! I'm gonna head to Canuck Tire and Wally World to start my journey on trying to find a solution.

I was in toys r us the other day and they had the locking cover,,not sure what size though.

Fences are free if you use pallets.
