Just for clarity, the apples are used in a family restaurant for their apple baked goods - the apple peelings are given to a local ranch so they don’t go to waste.

The above video depicts Kathryn, an adorable girl who is almost three years old. When Kathryn is told that she's going to be a big sister, she doesn't react with joy or despair, but rather, a non-relevant declaration: "I farted."

Five-year-old Celine Tam is one talented little girl. When she hit the stage for her audition, she gave a mesmerizing performance of “You Raise Me Up.” Standing center stage, she belts the beautiful song and has everyone in the audience on their feet and cheering. She is so tiny, but she has a big voice.

Yesterday was a great family day. :) Board games and RPG's at Muninn's Post, then up to east Kelowna where daughter got to bottle feed a lamb.

It was a busy weekend - new hot water heater on Saturday. I now have hot water, at full pressure again! The copper pipes were so blocked with crystals it was amazing we got any hot water out of that sucker at all.

Life is good. :)
