You can see his headlights approaching underneath the car. He/she passed the standing traffic in the mid/right lane and run a right light. The car on the right breaks to avoid collision.

The video ends and doesn't show anymore of the damaged "ghost car", I'll say very clever video editing software, and someone with lots of time on their hands.

Interesting part is how its shows the front tag/plate being ripped off braking car by the ghost car and landing on the ground.
