Poll: Butter or margarine?

Which do you use most, and why?

It's a myth that saturated fats are bad for you (in moderate amounts). I'd be more worried about transfats (not to be confused with transgenders).

I haven't bought margarine for so long, likely since the late 1980's.

If fly's won't touch margarine, you've got to wonder if they know something we don't?

As a farm kid we made fresh butter from real fresh dairy cream.

I've tried a number of butters since none of them come close, so I don't use either.

I prefer my food to be less processed/chemical. Butter from the store is less-process/less-chemical than margarine. There is no substitute for the good stuff you get on the farm, so I make do.
