What is it with people's avatars these days?

WTTG, you have to "pick your battles". Images used as avatars by forum contributers just seems a wee bit petty.

May we suggest you move on to a considerably more juicy target - perhaps the image bandits posting in the IMAGE ASSOCIATION GAME. The horror!
The adventure continues...

No good story ever started with; "So i stayed home."

Thank you for your kind advice. Once again our sincere apologies, and we'll gratefully take your cue to move on--as we've invited posters here to move on in the spirit of the original topic.

Wait a sec, four different posters are using WTTG?

Is that even legal or allowable around here?
As WW3 develops, no one is going to be dissing the "preppers." What have you done?

Actualy WTTG, you'll be banned for using "were" instead of "we're".

Now go and hang your collective heads in shame that not one of you caught it.

Do you seriously think we are going to challenge every member for proof that they have rights to the avatar they use?

I think I am going to go *iss of a chic right now and go take my own photo.

Update in a few weeks ;-)

My current avatar is a rip off from some other persons work. My chickens won't be here for days.

I may have to experiment on them to get them looking as *&^%$ as my avatar.

I have used this as my avatar since I joined . I doubt anyone has had sleepless nights wondering if I had permission.

I did, but then again, I thought for the longest time that it was a bat. Then one day I got new glasses, and noticed that it is actually a dog.

I remember when I joined these forums 10 years ago. I was looking at the post count of some of the members and I thought 'Joly crap, how on earth do you get 2,000 posts? "." must take forever to get that high.. Whose got the time? ". Now I see some members with 40,000+ posts. So I say again...

Don't be fooled. It's easy to get sucked into the games. But Last Word Thread wasn't a game. Ask anyone.

And time is relative. Whereas some have lots, some are just ignoring a load of stuff to do.

And some get their stuff done and don't feel like watching TV. Games are easy to rack up post counts which has nothing to do with people's avatars.
