My complaint is that I told the girl at the drive thru that I did NOT want onions on my Quarter Pounder.

So I get home and go to eat my food and guess what? ONIONS!!!

And don't say it's my fault for not checking my order. That's BS.

sorry about the onions - but glad you didn't check your order. If everyone did that, it wouldn't be a drive-thru anymore but an overnighter.

I figured so, but still wanted to point out there are lots of people going through hard times. Thanks for being nice! :)

I suspect pretty well everyone has had an order at drive-thru or walkup, with at least 1 mistake.

Only way to get your order right every time is make it yourself, homemade is better anyway (with hell of lot less of the crap you really don't need. i.e. soduim)

Not a lie. Over the course of 3 years that I had my office and home in Rutland, every single time I went to the McDonalds on Highway 33 and Hollywood, there was a mistake. Every single time. I did finally start driving the extra half mile to the one on Highway 97, across from Orchard Park. Never once had a problem.

So why is that? Obviously the Rutland one had a manager with a tumour.
