Sitting on our deck, under the gazebo listening to the thunderboomers and the small sprinkles of rain. It smells so awesome out!

I'm near fed up and prepared to buy a quarter section off grid and go full hermit

Hey, I heard somewhere you can rent those two tiny homes for $1600-1800/mo each.......then build a bunch more tiny homes on the same quarter section and rent them all out.

Then you won't have live way out there.....you can move into the city!!

Might be easier and faster to build an RV park. We need more of those.
