Rather ironic when the biggest news at Global is Steve Darling's leaving, yet there is no news about the actual circumstances. so unless we know why, maybe it isn't really about whether his legs were shaved. i thought he was great,and will miss him, but who knows what goes on behind the scenes?

After watching the Woman doing the noon news on Global today they really never should have let Steve go.

What a boring excuse of a newscaster! Just about put us to sleep.

I think it's Samantha Falk. Someone needs to stick a pin in her to get some kind of a reaction out of her.
She's on today so I switched to CTV.

Barry in the sports department would be a better fit as a jazz dj. His voice would put anyone to sleep.

Global...5 minutes news, 7 minutes weather, 7 minutes traffic, 3 minutes couch babbling, 7 minutes cooking show ( weekends anyway) repeat... with a ton of adverts to break it all up.
CBC news network if you want news or BBC world.

The only good part about Global is the local news.
