It is 11:17 pm and "snow-maggedon" is well under way out there. Passed one accident on the bridge, right incoming lane is blocked, guy likley spun out and hit the bridge. Smashed front light and all. Tow trucker driver was at hand upon passing it.

So what next? What day the snow melts completely?

My neighbour has a snow blade for his truck. He has taken it upon himself to clear part of our street and our driveway access.

Now I need to go make him and his wife & kids a goodie basket - good thing I've been in the kitchen all day, baking cookies and tarts

I live on a tertiary road, so I'd be SOL if my neighbour didn't have a blade (I sent son over last night and apparently he laughed and said "she must have seen me plowing")
