Bman is giving out kittens for the first lucky correct guesses so here goes.

You name two dates for snow.

First is for snow fall.
Second is for snow accumulation.

Here goes.

November 5, snow fall.
November 22, snow accumulation.

I say, November 11th, ( it always seems to snow or rain on Rememberance Day), and December 1st for accumulation.

you need to pick a particular spot tho, like downtown Kelowna. Because somewhere like Black Mountain or Glenrosa would snow and accumulate much sooner.

You're giving up your Bolivian Pepper? If I could keep it alive I might guess. If Bman is offering kittens I won't guess because I'm allergic and couldn't keep them. Maybe I could get potatoes instead?

I'll guess in December - say about the 5th before we get accumulation.

Before it snows here on valley bottom, it first needs to snow on the mountains seen from the valley bottom.
Then there is usual amount of time between that and snow down here. For those who have lived in the area & have paid attention to that. They may have advantage on guessing, or not.
