Happy Valentine's Day!

Post by Queen K »

Plans?
Crash and burns?
Candle lit dinner with the cats?

Anniversay songs?
Favourite love song?
First dance at your wedding song?
Best break up song?

Zed Hotel downtown is offering a "nooner" special. No kidding. Seriously.

I loooove Valentines day! A special day to celebrate love? Yes please!

My mom always made it a big deal growing up, I remember one year her dropping off a giant teddy bear and chocolates off at my school and having to carry it around all day.

This year, the bf and I are doing dinner at home. In the past we have gone out, but it is always so expensive and the food and service is never that great. A couple great steaks, wine, the fixings and eachothers company and we will be set. Looking forward to it!

We don't do anything special for Valentines day usually. Husband gets all bent out of shape over "being held hostage by the greeting card companies" and then the bit of rampant consumerism comes out.

This year I think I'll make a nice dinner, if I'm not home from work too late. if I am, I'll make it on Saturday. :)

If that was between 1991 and 1993, I just might have served you.

My best Valentine Day was on a business trip with two female consultants, the look I got from the other men in the restaurant was classic and I just ate it up. (No pun intended)

Quite often relationships are exactly like this meme.

For the single ladies who feel it's hopeless: watch Victoria and Albert on Netflix.

I will not likely ever have a chance to send so many Valentine's Day Cards to my favourite Trump supporters.

Happy Valentine's Day big guys.

I had a Dr's appointment in the AM then worked 2-10pm so no plans but I was surprised by flowers after my appointment. We have Date Night most Saturdays that we are free so we will do our Val dinner this Saturday. Victoria is having a dinning event called Dine Around Victoria so we picked a restaurant from the list.

Thanks Lady t, I spent my Valentine's Day slathering on Eau de Tiger Balm, popping Aleve like Candy, downing disgusting Buckleys, disgusting for more reasons than I can even describe in polite company, and drinking NeoCitran.
