If a deer hits your vehicle, are you or your passenger eligible for injury compensation?

I would think yes but you really should be asking ICBC.

Yes. It's under Part VII. Any use or operation of a motor vehicle.

As long as you carry comprehensive you should covered on the damage to you vehicle.

Yes, Gordon, comprehensive insurance covers material damage caused in an animal collision (subject to whatever deductible the policy has), but the question from "KelownaCrackinCrew" was : "If a deer hits your vehicle, are you or your passenger eligible for injury compensation?" Which they are, under the No Fault provisions of the vehicle's policy under Part 7 of the Insurance (Vehicle) Act Regulations.

Part 7 is part of all basic Autoplan coverage, so everyone has it.
