A Sure Sign a Building Contractor is Incompetent

If a builder is so incompetent that they don't install the electrical conduit in the wall before pouring the footings, you should probably look at buying another house. In the case of the first picture below, the wood structure around the meter is falling apart (the Google Streetview picture is 6 years old). The third picture shows you a properly installed meter.
