Wow, a Crispy Clark thread gets locked in the "political arena" section. You know things are really down the toilet when even the Political Arena can't take it anymore!

Apparently there was no Service BC in Kelowna? http://www.castanet.net/news/Kelowna/88 ... in-Kelowna

Where on earth did you guys get your driver's licences renewed without Service BC?

Service BC used to be called the Access Centre. Service BC eg: Vernon location. When I was 16, my mom told me that's where you go to get your driver's licence, do your driver's test, pay speeding tickets, do land title searches, etc. I've used these places in the half dozen towns I've lived in, and didn't know there was another avenue. Never heard of nor ever seen a Vital Statistics office. I learn something new every day.

We use to just go to the court house in the ole days, all the services were there.

Service BC used to be called The Government Agent's Office.

Good morning!! 50F (10C) here this morning (not Kelowna), warmish and sunny. Apricots been in full bloom for a while and so many of the early flowers as well. Was awakened at 4:30 am by the sound of a wind machine in an orchard. I can think of worse things to wake up to.

Same here, so I do get that. And as for me and mine, for the most part I'd say "yes", and thanks for asking :spinball:

I think I'll be dusting off the smoker soonish, this weekend might be a good one for it. I don't use it as much as I would like, or even as much as I ought to . . .
