yeah - that was about it. I got stuck in a worry/anxiety loop too, that never helps matters. Today should be a better day.

Left for work at 4:30 am, still in the office. The one hwy to town has been shutdown because of a fatal accident. Sad.
The last set I was up there was also an accident, set my personal record that night getting home at 12:30pm.
Hopefully I dont beat that tonight. If anyone's looking for me, I'll be here.
