My fav is one that never was, a complete Princess dress, satin, bows, fluff and pouf. Tiara. Regal jewelry.
I always want to find that dress!

I'm liking the Kill Bill motif. Different reasons.
I need to finance my Halloween bling so I'm using a set up similar to this one:

Easy. On Halloween I'm a Ghostbuster!
While I'm not doing anything halloween related this year a few years ago I built a full on proton pack that looks and sounds like the one from the movie. (Ignore the unpainted heatsinc..I had a resin one but it chipped and didn't have time to paint the one in the video black until a later year)
Unfortunately I'm in Vanderhoof and all my stuff is down South...so next year...next year I'm gonna volunteer at the Pumpkin Walk up here in full gear!

My Princess outfit! Wow, someone went through a lot of work to make me look princess-y, but where is the diamond tiara?

I get "safety first" I do.
But why is it that the minute someone puts "safety first" on something all the air in the room gets sucked out dry.
Safety first, like parents are only discovering Hallween for the first time THIS YEAR! No matter how old their kids are.
OHHHH, reflective tape! Where do I buy that? Is there a Halloween sections somewhere with rolls of reflective tape at obvious eye level? How much? $400 per roll? Oh okay, "safety first."

^^ Just my take.
"removed by poster>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>" means a society of people without any situational awareness.
I see it daily, someone needs to point out to them that being invisible and oblivious to their surroundings is a bad mix. And that's in the daylight, let alone after darkness . falls
Best costumes.
When I was a kid, my Daniel Boone/Davey Crockett. Adult, I pulled off a fantastic Rock'n Skeleton and a darn good William Wallace/Braveheart

One year I went to the OK Corral dressed beautifully up, all in satin white, with a halo, as an angel.
I got few invitations to dance.
My cousin later said, "you looked like a bride and most guys here are committment Phobic."

reflective tape? BS let the lil beggars work for it! We were out wearing a mask could hardly breathe or see though. Always some kid collecting for UNICEF would would get robbed by bigger kids aka Bullies We never stepped inside houses - usually that weird guy who's say " show me your trick" off we'd run. And the old lady who would give you a box of raisins, or an old apple. Only thing my parents checked the candy and junk for was to ferret out the stuff they liked.
And there was always the Sainted Soul who made Puff Wheat coco balls.
One year I guess we were extra broke so I went as a figure skater. Not much to do re a costume since I was already a Figure skater LOL

Agreed, today's kids have no survival skills. None.

I'll say they rock, those are magificent costumes. Costumes today aren't nearly so stylish and sexy without being obvious.
Still haven't found my princess outfit, alas. Maybe tomorrow?
