So my friend owns a friendship store in Kelowna.
It's true.
Every Sunday a small group of people meet in the friendship store. They sing songs.
The owner of the 'store' preaches at them for at least an hour from
a book that teaches how to be good. They say some prayers.
And they donate some money. In return for their money, everyone in the store gets friendship from the other
people in the store.
Sounds like a great idea - friendship stores.

maybe that was a bad thread idea.
But I think churches give people nothing much in return for the money they
donate, but possibly some phony temporary friendship from other church people.
