China tears down THOUSANDS of crucifixes

The entire crux of Christianity is the idea of faith rising above oppression, intolerance, and hate. So the act of removing symbols (I realize that's likely not all the Chinese government is doing to put the squeeze on people of faith) won't have an impact.

I pray this doesn't rise to the level of the Chinese government's treatment of Falun Gong practitioners.
