Re: What are the odds of a White Christmas?
From the white Christmas article today, it's interesting Vancouver and Victoria are the only major cities with a higher percentage of a white christmas today than a generation ago.
P.S. here's another map.

Because I don't like Winter and I don't like snow or ice or being cold or having to bundle up. I am a Spring and Fall person.

So did everyone get a white Christmas this year? I have 14 cm on the ground at my place.

We have up to 10 cm here and there. Wind has blown it around in the last few days and we haven't had any recent new stuff so there are some bare patches here and there too. A bit of an Arctic Outflow happening (hate those things). Staying inside.

The ONLY bare things that are here are: a 3/4 nakid dummy that wants to swim cross the lake. I bet he has to sit to pee for two weeks after.
The ONLY question I have is, "Is he married, and how does his wife feel about.....(without the use of a magnifying glass and a shaker of "fine grind pepper".." again, never mind, I digress. After all, this IS a very serious topic of discussion..
Joe Riche has more than 20 cm, more coming tonight.
