Sale to minor

4 The fire commissioner may designate fireworks that may not be sold to a minor without the written permission of the parent or guardian of the minor.

Permission for public display

5 Fireworks may be sold to and discharged by a person or organization at a public display if the public display is held with the written permission of

(a) the fire commissioner, or

(b) a local assistant of the fire commissioner who has jurisdiction in the fire district where the public display is held.
Power to make regulations

6 The Lieutenant Governor in Council may make regulations referred to in section 41 of the Interpretation Act.

Note rule 3.

One again that depends on which municipality you live in and regulations and laws are for those who need them most.

Halloween used to be so cool when I was a lad. Bart's store on the corner of Pandosy and West Ave always had a fireworks booth set up a couple of weeks before the 31st and we'd spend our dimes and quarters on Atoms and Lady Fingers and whatnot and blow the bleep out of anything--including dog bleep--on the vacant lots around Raymer school.

Gone, those days. Closed, shut and gone. Now all these morbidly obese kids of today have is their damn 48 frame per second video games to blow off steam. No wonder the little bastards are shooting up schools.

Race trak gas just before you enter Winfield. Drove by there yesterday and saw the fireworks stand open and signs out.

Yup - Notice that both of the stores mentioned are on First Nations reserves - The laws of Canada are not necessarily recognozed by their soverign nation.
