Difference is my opinions are somewhat informed on the topic where yours are just nonsensical

At least the sidewalks are a huge improvement. I park and walk and look forward to the rest of Bernard looking the same. Won't need to worry about the cyclists with all the room there is.
Truths can be backed up by facts - do you have any?

Another fact to consider - it can take 5 to 10 years to see progress made so let's give it a chance.

CV ....informed doesn't mean I have to read the latest and greatest hype. Lived in Kelowna for 33 yrs I've seen it change for the good and the not so good. The city wastes too much money on things I don't think are required, but once again that's just my opinion.
Sure do love Rutland!!

Reading the revitalization plan isn't the latest "hype".

Sounds like you didn't read it. Read grammafreddy's excerpt from the city site.

Being informed on a topic, even reading the thread before posting, rather than posting nonsensical troll jibberish?
You've stated you don't even live in Kelowna so clearly you are just trolling when you make posts in the Kelowna section.

I'm all for change to the downtown core, right now it's unappealing, and filled with nightclubs and drug deals.
I say push the lot over and start again.
Of course none of this will happen until Kelowna's infrastructure is improved.
As far as downtown traffic, who needs it?

Given the fact that they are temporary, I wouldn't be too concerned.
